Composition

Oxyphenonium Bromide INN 5mg

Indication

Gastrointestinal spasm and hypermotility, as adjuvant in PUD, spasm of esophageal and pyloric sphincter, spasm associated with carcinoma, intestinal colic, spastic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.

Dosage

Usually 1-2 tablets, 3-4 times daily is recommended. Dose can be increased upto 2-3 tablets, several times daily according to severity. Treatment should be continued until the symptoms subside.
